HISTORY
1980s – the company incorporated and set expansion plans into motion
1991 – the first condominium was added to the management portfolio
2021 – our portfolio has grown to include 41 condominium properties all over the city of Winnipeg and surrounding suburbs as well as residential apartment buildings and single family home rentals.
